Borne from Jane’s passion for cheesemaking and Bruce’s experience in sheep farming, Cambray Sheep Cheese is a true family business, with son Tom and partner Emma all busy in the dairy.

Ewes milk

Ewes milk has superior qualities to both goat and cows milk, being richer in vitamins A, B D & E and with over 100% more calcium than cows milk. There is evidence that the lactose in ewes milk is more digestible and of a different structure to cows milk allowing many lactose-intolerant people to enjoy ewes milk products .
